Thank you for your attention to our existing sale conditions where you will find
all the necessary information concerning our purchase operation to which you
will have to agree in order for us to accept your purchase. The payment can be
carried out by cheque, bank wiring or credit cards, it is receive before the
delivery. The foreign remaining local taxes have to be paid by the customer. We
commit ourselves on a daily basis to improve our after sales services. For this
reason, we reserve ourselves the right of upgrading the modifications to the
present conditions.
Security and confidentiality
We certify not to communicate to any third party the information given by form,
those are confidential; They will be used only by us to process your order
and/or your subscription to our newsletter. According to our French
data-processing laws of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access and of
correction to the personal data concerning you in the email of confirmation of
order; You can also remove your personal co-ordinates definitely: just inform us
by e-mail. Your co-ordinates will be deleted and your subscription will be
cancelled. (to avoid any error, an e-mail of confirmation will be required of
you). All your data displayed on our server during the transmission of your
order per credit card is protected by the use of the encoding S.S.L. (Secure
Socket Layers) protocol , controlled by a certified organization (Thwate) with
our partner "Blue Paid" At the time of your order, your address IP will be
recorded in our database, we inform you that any attempt of fraudulent buying
will be punished according the laws in force.
Your order and your rights
By the time of your order validation we reserve your right to cancel the order,
within seven clear days according to the L.121-16 article of the French code of
consumption law If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by
e-mail, specifying your name, address and order Nr.
However, if you cancel your order after we dispatched the merchandise, you must
return the goods at your own expense. We refund you the completeness of your
order, deduced transport within 30 days maximum. The returned purchase must be
carried in the original packaging not being damaged or used in order for us to
reimburse your merchandise. For a return with optimal guarantees, think of
asking the conveyor if their insurance covers the value of the product. (in the
event of breakage under your responsibility) In the event of non-availability of
a product within a time higher than 30 days (45 days exception for earthenware
of "Prestige") You will have a right to cancel whole or part of your order
entirely or partially. In that case, we shall pay off you the completeness of
your order, included transport, if the payment has already taken place. The
invoiced price of the merchandise is the current price of the product at the
date of your order.
The delivery
The delivery time vary from 3 to 30 days according to stocks availability (on
average under 10 days), It is possible that you receive several parcels
according to your order volume. According to the goods and quantities, it will
be conveyed in recommended by the post office.
Your guarantees
In the event of missing article or damage you have guarantees: (to be specified
with the person who takes delivery of the parcel)
If the parcel presents a deformation, folding or deep tear of the paperboard,
open it in the presence of the post-office employee; If one or more articles are
broken, refuse the parcel and return free by requiring it of the post-office
employee to sign, register his name and the mention: “Refused, parcel damaged”
on the form of forwarding.
If the factor refuses to open the parcel, return it free if it is in bad
condition (crushed or opened) and if you think that goods are broken by
requiring of the deliveryman to sign, of registering his name and the mention:
“Refused, parcel damaged” on the form of forwarding. The defective articles will
be sent to you as soon as possible back to our expenses but attention ! if the
mentions quoted above are not indicated on the parcel, the expenses of reference
will remain with your load.
If you accepted the parcel not having undergone any apparent shock but that an
article (S) is broken, imperatively the very same day return to us of his
reception before 1 p.m. the email indicating the litigation; you do not return
the goods, you can either join a photograph of the good(s) broken or to send a
piece of the part broken by mail, it will be reforwarded to you as soon as
possible but the new transport costs of the reference will be in this case with
your load because there no will have been report with the deliveryman.
Attention: lacking of any of those conditions will involve the break of the
guarantee.
